BEWARE! I used this company to replace an old, existing fence. I was very clear that I just wanted to replace my existing fence with exactly the same fence. I was told they could replace the fence with almost an identical fence and only the fence topper would have a different look because the existing topper was no longer manufactured. I requested to see pictures of what the fence topper would look like and based on the photos provide asked that they order the fence pictured. They then placed the order for a fence that was a foot shorter than requested and without the topper. Before installing the fence I received several emails from the company saying they were going to charge me for the fence before it was even installed. They installed the fence they ordered, which was not what I had requested or what was provided in the pictures they sent. After installing they then told me there was no topper ordered and said if I wanted that it was going to cost more. I communicated the issue with Maureen who was extremely rude and condescending. First she told me that I should’ve known that what they ordered was wrong, and that when they were installing it I should’ve known because the topper and fence only come in one piece. In the same conversation, she then said they could add a topper as a separate piece but it would cost extra. She took no responsibility for anything, said it was my fault, and just demanded payment for the fence that was not what I ordered and was a foot shorter and without the topper. For what they charge, I expected better customer service and to receive what I ordered, which was simply a replacement fence as similar as possible to my existing fence. Very costly, disappointing, and frustrating experience. I do not recommend and would never use this company again.

Good company, patient and responsive. Only feedback that is out of the ordinary (and that was shared with them) is that they should wait for a response from the homeowner/client prior to charging more than what was listed on the invoice. Ours needed extra material so they emailed that info over after installation, stating that the cost would be $700-some more. They then charged the card on file the very next day, without asking for approval or waiting to hear from me. I am hoping this feedback is shared with leadership at the otherwise good company. I would recommend them.

I cannot speak more highly of a company. We are in the process of selling our house and have a pool. Our neighbor took down the fence while we were on vacation(it was on his side) hence placing us in state violation. Maureen the owner said she would get us done within 3 weeks and they were here in 2! The team was awesome and friendly, from the front desk to the crew. You can bet if I ever need work done again they will be my first call!

This place is awesome they always have a very good selection of pavers and also their selection of fencing is amazing different colors shapes and sizes and textures all around the best fencing company around town and they also got a very good selection of pavers and wall block and caps
