Never answers the phone I call several times left voicemails no one returns my call. Got ahold of someone ONE time asked if my old notes and paper work can get faxed over to my new doctor the lady said she will do it and NEVER DID!

My old doc had all my meds ready every month ever since switching to him it has been hard to get my meds i have to wait long times for him to mail them over all a sluggish process for sure.... my old doc had my meds ready in my cvs app now I have to wait and get minimal care. also refused to prescribe xans which i need

Do not waste your time and money here. I have at most 4 minutes of time to talk before it's over. Today, I had literally 25 seconds of a phone call, after telling Dr. Wilkins I was doing awful. Happened before. He prescribes a random med, then hangs up. We spent 100 dollars for a 25 second call that wasn't even on time. Spend your time and money somewhere else. If you try to reschedule or change your appointment time, you just get an answering machine. No follow up plans, just 25 seconds and a random med. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

Yes, the ANP was very helpful and prescribed medication during visit.
Their receptionist quit. Walk in there and pick up your script, maybe you can make your appointment too by then.
