Alex Crespo of Prince Lumber has been extremely helpful as we have undertaken repairs to our school garden! Alex helped us choose the right types of wood and waterproofing sealers for our various projects. He even arranged for the lumber to be precut to help our team of volunteers with the installation on site. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and was quick to answer our MANY questions about the repairs. Not only was delivery easy, the delivery driver was also friendly and courteous. We ordered 11 interior doors from Prince Lumber Newark location. We dealt with Victor, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We took a long time to make a decision, and Victor patiently worked with us to get different estimates and made good suggestions. Great customer service and when we ran into a delay issue with the door manufacturer, the manager Mike jumped right in to help, and the issue was resolved efficiently. Would absolutely use Prince again and work with Victor!

These guys are awesome. Way nicer lumber than a box box store, and the staff is way more helpful with questions and rough cuts. 5/5 will come back

I worked with Leicer Mastarreno. He was knowledgeable, responded promptly to my messages, and followed up to make sure that I received my orders as promised. Prince was very flexible in letting me return my incorrect moulding order.
