If NEGATIVE 1 was possible, we would give that. Why you ask? Short answer, installation was scheduled for June 4, 2022, as of Sept. 15, 2022, STILL not installed. OMG!, the ups an downs of this choice has been pure chaotic! Initially, they came on date stated. But the 2nd,3rd,,4th,5th,6th,visit, they only return when we called, (so time consuming). Brining you to this week, Just recently, Above and Beyond company they contracted with, technician, evidently did not screw something tight, we smelled gas on Monday!. We called MLGW, they came out turned off Gas. Tuesday the contracted company came out stating they correct problem, said they turn gas back on. The company stating something was not tight, thus gas smell. This where we at now. You would think that when TriState didn't get a completed project notice TriState they would have followed up. Well the gas still is not turned on...Today(Thursday 15th) and , waiting on MLGW, to come so gas can be turned on as of now this 4 hrs waiting. Contracted company is waiting with us. So you do know there have been power outage since, June, did we have a working generator NO. Our issue is that Tri-State is not following up in a timely manner, to ensure our generator is installed within 2 days as we were told. I feel the fake concern when you call, support their actions that they are not concern about our installment. We feel that had we not kept calling we will not be this far. This is truly a nightmare experience. We also asked how could they possibly install in 1 or 2 days, when normally and inspection is to be done, before moving to next step, in our case if memory serves me correctly, it was about week before an inspector came. This company has not delivered what was stated. We as blue collar workers and veteran over 60 every working citizens just deserves more.

Had me get my wife early for work and kept kids here from school activities as I was led to believe we should all be him. 2 hours we waited and no one showed. I bent over backwards to be available with everyone you asked and lost income doing it for no one to show or even call. That's showing a real concern for the customer. I get it. Phones are almost impossible to find and no one reads smoke signals any more. Thanks for way less than nothing.

Tri-state has blocked me from commenting on their FB site they don’t want the negative comments out but let’s be transparent; paying $17,000 for a generator that was installed on July 28th 2022 and still doesn’t work, service man was called once less than 10 days after install showed up a few days later, now for the second time the system failed to run its weekly run, they are sending another service man out, at first we were told it would be August 31st 2022, after 4 calls they are sending someone tomorrow however they put ALL the blame on the generator supplier this is supposed to be a new item but have had 3 plus weeks and hasn’t completed the last two weekly runs. Just wanting to share our horrible experience so if anyone is thinking about purchasing from them they have all the information not just want Tri-state wants you to know

They called set up an appointment and where timely, very professional. Did a little experiment for the kids. The salesman was very thorough and honest. It was installed next day. No mess and looks good. He forgot to leave the extra salt. I got back with them and they made it right in great time! Over all we are happy with the purchase, and have even recommended to friends.

The Rainsoft system we have does not use any chemicals however we get filter changes once a year. If you are referring to the water softener salt (that's the only thing we add), we buy it at Menards for just under $6.00 a bag.
