Things became a little confusing when metro turned into life storage. We were doing automatic payments and didn't realize they had stopped after the switch in January. Usually a company will add a past due balance to the current balance so you know you are behind. I'm paying my bill every month thinking that I must be missing my due date and that is why I'm getting a late fee. Turns out I had missed January's payment and been getting late fees for being a month behind. Very disceptive.

I was a customer when this was MetroSelf Stroage and the experience was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Now that they are this Life Storge no one has gotten in contact with me about my unit not having a lock on it, the old team would have contacted me directly the same day. No response to multiple phone calls with voicemails and emails with no reply. No new information about my unit was very sent to me so I could create an account and make payments or adjustments. It was a headache to speak with the customer service representative on the phone on the generall 800 line with not knowing how to locate information or ask politely. I will never use them again. I am sorry to see it have gone down so much.

Nathan, the man you helped us with finalizing our move-in, was great. We were also helped by a man named Ryan, who was also great and helped answer some questions over the phone. Other people helped in the process, but I forget their names unfortunately. All around, Metro on West Fletcher has a great team!
