I ordered glasses and a years worth of contacts. After a week noticed scratch on my Oakley glasses lens and took them back without an appointment. They ordered me a replacement that day and it was replaced as soon as they received it. When my contacts arrived to my house I had trouble with them sliding around on my eye. I have a astigmatism and they were special ordered for me so I was worried I might have trouble returning them. I went in to office and they tried a different contact sample that worked fine and exchanged for the ones I already had. The new contacts were cheaper and I used the difference for a pair of Rayband sunglasses with no out of pocket money. The doctor and staff both made sure I was taken care of. The doctor was good and didn't beat around the bush about the process and what it would it might take to get me the right fit for my eyes. Kept his word along with the rest of the staff. I appreciate the to the point, no b.s, lets get it done service.

I would not recommend. The doctor’s abrupt and unpleasant manner was only exceeded by his rude staff. I will not be returning nor would I ever recommend this practice to anyone.
