Daniella and Tri-State did an amazing job on my four countertops, the biggest one was a tough one because they thought they would have to cut it in two, which i did not want. Somehow they were able to keep it one piece and it looks stunning. Daniella was great with keeping me updated and working with me until I felt very comfortable and confident with her wisdom. From ordering to the actual delivery and then follow up with me Daniella and Tri-State workers were first class along with the men who actually delivered my countertops. My mom and I went to Tri-State Stone and Tile and Carolina held our hands through the whole process. We were very overwhelmed with all the choices and she spent a lot of time walking us through the options. She is so kind and patient and I would give her 10 stars if I could!!! Highly recommend talking to her when you go there!!

I consider it a public service to warn people against this company. I first used them when remodeling my kitchen about 4 years ago. They were the closest to me and I regret not having traveled just a bit further to someone else. I paid a significant amount extra to have a mitered edge to my very large countertop and they messed it up completely. The countertop was white and there was a fine black line where the edge met the countertop. The owner, Bill, is rude and defensive and tried to convince me - without seeing the end product - that I was crazy. When he saw it, he ageeed to fix it but the work was poor quality and the counter still has traces of the black lines. I recently had an outdoor kitchen done and somehow let my contractor talk me to into using Tristate bc it was close and he felt he could get product more quickly through them. In light of supply issues I agreed. I fully regret it. The final cost was 50% higher than what they quoted us in the store (what!? How does that even happen???). They sent over a sloppy template that indicated no seams but the end product had 2 seams in odd places that didn’t line up with the rest of the pattern. Another total disaster by TriState. And another entirely unpleasant experience with the rude owner. This should be zero stars but there is not an option for that.

Full kitchen remodel and couldn’t be happier with Tri-State ‘s part in the process. Daniella assisted to lay out the new kitchen and her eye for detail as well as her designer vision is unmatched. She was patient and so helpful in my choosing just the right granite. Price quoted is what we paid and scheduling, delivery and installation were right on! Granite is beautiful. Would recommend Tri-State and … kudos to them for having such a great staff :)
