Just take them and you can get a free trial work out. But they have affordable prices so they should probably join because it's definitely the best Jim on the block
There is a designated room with mirrows and boxing punch bags. Actually boxing and kicking
I believe it's $19 down and $19/ month no commitment. So worth it. 50000 square feet, classes, sauna, steam room. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
No neck machine . Dont know the heaviest,but rhey have many of them , at least 80lbs.
