On Memorial Day weekend our AC system went down and we called Air Services of the Carolinas. When a technician came out and diagnosed the problem ( a snake had gotten into the system and fried the wiring along with some other components) he determined the damage to be too extensive for him to repair and called the owner of the company , Bill Slavick to let him know. Bill left his own holiday barbeque to personally come out to make the repairs and had us up and running in a few hours. I have never seen such dedication. The next time you hear a commercial on the radio or see one on TV with some witty catch phrase or ridiculous slogan ask yourself would these companies show the same level of dedication that ASOTC provides?
