The service was eccellent except they should be cognizant about returning screws and tools brought in by customer. After they get your money they treat u awful. I paid almost 125.00 Now the bike squeaks and i fell because some of the screws are loose. Find a more reputable bike shop ..PLEASE.

Paid $50 to box my bicycle from here (near to Columbia campus so first place most people will likely go) to ship to Palo Alto, California. Paid another $180 for the service "bikeflights" to create the shipping label to add to the boxed bicycle. My god what a terrible job they did. Took it to a real bike shop in Palo Alto and they told me they just took an old used bike box and put my bicycle in there and shipped it out to California. No padding inside either. I would have happily paid more than $50 for them to use a new bicycle box and add some extra level of protection to ship my bicycle. If you're going to ship or box your bicycle definitely go elsewhere!

We rented two bikes recently and the bikes were set up well and of high quality. I worked with Rex and Tricia and they were both fantastic.

Yes
They range from 200$ to 350$
Beware, online there's a huge counter fit market, including all the big brands, buying from a bike shop guarantees a genuine bike, with a store service warranty, proper fit. Paying a bit more is worth the cost, I have been in the business 40 years, trust me, if it's a carbon fiber or aluminum, eventually you'll need a warranty call. Better be safe than sorry. Yes they will assist you, assembly as well. Stop by the store, meet the staff, ask around. Good luck
Rent and sell all bike dont know about e bikes
Dennis they are excellent. I have used them in the past. My bike is as good as new again.
Not sure. I stop going there. They never treat me nice there. I go to JS Cycle on 111th. They're way more friendlier and honest. On my last bike, they told me I needed a tune-up. Went to JS and they said I don't. Just needed to clean my breaks. Happen twice for two different bikes. Don't trust them there.
We do
Yes, we have the Fuji Origami folding bike. It retails for $499 we have them on sale for $450.
Not sure if they do. Try giving them a call. I didn't notice any though last few times I've been there.
