Customer pick up service window is disgraceful I sat waiting for an hour for parts THEY CALLED ME and said were ready. When I entered the pick up area I was the only person in the room, 5 people left with there parts b4 me. Then someone comes out and tells me he can't find pieces from my order that THEY CALLED ME AND SAID WAS HERE. WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I would NEVER nor would I suggest doing business with this company.

call first and ask because some parts they have to order them and get there in 2 days, I recommend you to call first, so you don't make the line for nothing.
Good question I suggest you call them and asks about that they do have a number and have lots of things at a great price.
Your best bet is to call and find out the after market price...... then go and pick it up...... then find some place to in stall it for you....

They let u order if u got a buinesss account ...if ur a regular customer lookin to have a part ordered they will have it placed to the side an they'll hold it til u come inperson to pay

Yes there open. ... it's like everyone in North plilly goes there for body parts to fix there hup-tees.....keep trying you will get through. ..
