Ordered pan crust and the crust were really flat and thin. It didn’t look or tasted like pan crest at all. It tasted more like it was hand toss mixed with pan. I’ve been ordering Pizza Hut a lot over the years and it’s my favorite goto place to ordering pizza, but after ordering from this location. It had made me look at it differently. I’ve ordered from 3 times at this location since I’ve moved to this area and all 3 times they were terrible. I was thinking maybe the first time they just made a bad batch. Then it happened again on the second time as the crest was undercooked. And now the third and final Straw. This location needs a lot of work and improvement. Very disappointed. My old location was on point the taste was excellent just as Pizza Hut is known for, but this location is terrible. I will never order from here again. We all need to call and report to Cooperate they definitely needs to called on for this location.

Horrible. The customer service was absent. They tried guilting me into leaving a tip by only putting an x on the tip line. I don't tip for carry out. The pizza was gross. I managed both domino's & pizza hut for years, I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni with extra cheese. I didn't get extra cheese, and they used stale dough. It didn't rise at all. I'm glad I was just passing through, this way, I don't ever have to order from this place again. If you live in the area, drive the few extra minutes to the next store down the road.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. This manager is horrible. I ordered extra sauce and paid for the extra sauce. When it arrived there was NOT SAUCE!!! Not only that, what I thought was an olive was actually two dead FLY’S!! This place is horrible DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE ITS HORRIBLE!!! He said he would only refund $15, but I was charged $22? I get to pay for what? I will be calling The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) first thing tomorrow. This is horrible. How many other insects are there in this store? Do not use this store ever!!
