Sorry for this, but the establishment must know better staff management. There’s an employee, named Ali, he seems to be a bit elderly. I want to assume late 60s. He often gets orders wrong, and this morning my Dr.Pepper tasted extremely bitter, as if the soda fountain has just been cleaned improperly. I know Ali is doing his job the best way he can. But it is the manager’s fault to put someone who struggles with language and coordination at the drive thru window. There’s at least 1 or 2 other tasks he can do that will keep him occupied. I don’t know why this decision was made, but I can also see Ali’s frustration when he tries to not screw up the order.
