God forbid you need to reach someone on the phone or get a prescription issue dealt with! This place is absolutely terrible about prescription issues. They constantly harp on 2-3 business days and I get that, but it’s been 2 months in a row where my pharmacy has been out and I desperately needed them to re route the prescription. This is next to impossible to do for them for some reason. No one will answer the phone and you always get the same “I’ll send a message to your provider”. Would give 1/2 star if I could
