Just such a great fitness facility through and through. All staff are welcoming and down to earth. They have everything you could ask for - free weights, machines, cardio, cycle studio, kids care, sauna, functional training, group classes, fresh protein smoothie bar, meal prep service options, and more. Probably my favorite gym I’ve ever been to. Always have to stop in for a visit and a workout when I’m back in town 💪

The Forum doesn't have boxing classes but they do have 2 heavy bags and a speed bag.
We apologize, the laundry room is at the end of the open hallway. We will try and get a male attendant to attend the laundry and towels. Thanks!
