People working behind the counter are very slow. Big line in drive through so I went inside but guess what even bigger line inside.

OMG! Get these people some help! This used to be the best pharmacy around. I think this is a budget problem. Hard to believe. There are not enough Pharmacists. Only the Pharmacist can get the Rx from the phone/computer, fill the Rx, fill the vaccines, administer the vaccines and because of this, they have many techs unable to help except to be on the frontline of the angry, sick waiting mobs. The whole staff would all like to join me in a good cry today. HEB, what the heck?
