Hello. If you mean an A1C, that is a specific lab (blood work) result. If you've already had that lab run at the practice, you can contact them to request it. I am unsure if they are able to email results, but I doubt it due to HIPAA privacy requirements. Tryon Medical Partners also has a patient portal where you can view your lab results at any time.
