Along For The Ride

Highly recommend. Dr H was very attentive and listen to patient needs. She and her staff went above and beyond caring for my son when he was sick. Very pleased with all staff from front desk to clinical staff.

Barely got a triage. $220 Toradol shot. No exam - wouldn’t listen to the prior symptoms- diagnosis was trash. Now at piedmont to get real care. Don’t stop here keep it moving. Desk staff was super nice 🤷🏻‍♂️ doctor was extremely subpar.

Terrible service. How can they call themselves urgent care when you have to wait for over 2 hours just to find out that there is still 4 people still in front of you on the waiting list.

Didn’t even make it in the door before the lady behind the counter started screaming at us. My mother is handicapped and has difficulty walking. I came in to help her just to the counter and the rude receptionist screamed “you need to go outside until I can help you! And ONLY THE PATIENT IS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING”. All the while they were turning away a patient who clearly looked like he was having a heart attack. I understand covid protocols, but you can definitely work on the way you address people. We will NOT be giving this place any business

Have extreme swelling in leg. Very painful and ice packs help very little. Legs are 4/5 times the size of the other leg. What could be the problem?

Frances, I had a knee injury, a blood clot, and a staph infection. Because of the infection, my leg was much bigger than the other also and more painful than anything I've EVER experienced. I had w knee scopes the week before Thanksgiving. Although my leg is much better, I still walk with a limp because there's still a ton of scar tissue for now. If you can, I'd go to the hospital...PMC (avoid CMC Pineville ER, they're HORRIBLE and wouldn't admit me). If it is an infection, you'll want to see Dr. Poursina, who is nothing short of AMAZING. Lastly, don't take no for an answer! Good luck to you!! Also, I just realized this was about the urgent care. This is the first place I went when my problem started. Looking back, I wish I had bypassed them and had gone straight to the hospital! If your situation is as serious as it sounds, that's where you'd probably end up anyway.
