This is be best Concentra Urgent Care in Charlotte! Please do not let the location fool you! The staff are top notch and very professional! Although there was an expected wait, I did not mind because it was in a very clean lobby, the air flow was fresh and clean! The atmosphere was extremely pleasant and welcoming! I had an amazing experience, from the time I walked in to the time I walked out! If I ever have to do a drug test again or anything of that nature, I will make Concentra (Tuckaseegee) my go to location! I promise I was not expecting the type of services I received! Today was a "Do NOT judge a book by its cover" because you will be wrong type of day! You all are awesome! Thank you, thank you, thank you! You exceeded in everything!
