Positive: The hotel was very clean from the lobby, breakfast area and the room. My bed was wavy in areas, but when you laid on it, you couldn¿t feel anything. The staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was very good.

Chair leg in room was broken, shower head broken, had a hot shower for 5 minutes, curtains are off the hooks, floor dirty, hot tub out of service, only oj at breakfast, one milk choice and was in a jug. The WORST hotel experience I've had in years.

Positive: Ease of getting to from the interstate Negative: We found bed bugs. We were moved to a different room and told the manager would be in touch with us, but we were not contacted. We thoroughly checked the second room for bed bugs, but still felt unsettled about the bed bugs in the first room.

I just got home from spending the weekend at the Days Inn in Watertown S.D. and couldn't have enjoyed my stay more. I really love the look of the hotel and the way the lobby was set up. Our room was beautiful! Check in was easy, staff was friendly and informative. I can't comment on the breakfast, as I missed it. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely stay there again. -Oh, they're also pet friendly, with only a $15 charge per pet, per night, so your fur kid can travel with you.
