My go to boat ramp. Lots of parking. 3 ramps

2021-12: Let me first say I didn't visit here to utilize the boat ramp, rather to explore the shore line and see the sunset over the lake. That being said, the road from HWY 28 to the boat ramp is a scenic one, with gorgeous rolling hills and views at all times. It surprisingly ends with a large parking area for vehicles with or without boat trailers. There is a restroom at the parking area that is housed in a small, two room building, with the facilities being "outhouse style", so no running water/flushable toilets. Still, better than no facilities when one is in need. The area was well maintained when I visited. Since I came here to explore the shoreline, I cannot give any feedback to the ramps/courtesy dock, but for those who are interested in some leisurely short walks or exploration, this is another beautiful area of this lake. Just a short distance from the parking area through the tree line and there are some beautiful views of the lake in all directions. The shoreline went from manicured to a natural landscape, complete with famous Georgia clay, "cliffs" due to erosion, and all sorts of wildlife and geological finds. It was pretty interesting to see the natural aspects hidden in plain sight.
