I was physically assaulted and threatened by a member of the management team and when I spoke up I was ignored. I was also severely bullied for months by this same senior leadership member. This senior leadership member has now been promoted. I witnessed many black and asian colleagues targeted with unwarranted performance improvement plans and forced out of their roles. In many instances by the same senior leadership team member who targeted me. They lie about firing staff who resigned. They have essentially flipped their entire work force in the span of a year--there are other awful and harassing stories from many staff people who have left. Do not trust what they tell you. Many Latino colleagues are kept in low level roles at wages that are below the sustainable wage that the organization promotes its clients provide. This org serves 0% asian clients and 3% black clients - but I have learned these are simply inflated numbers and they categorize darker skin and self identifying latine people as black so this number could be as low as 0% and then says they are focused on racial justice of People of Color broadly. There is no interest in equity, integrity or justice. Their rates are little better than subprime rates for people who have arguably fair credit. Please look at other organizations--WORC, Reinvestment Fund, HACE CDC--for your needs. Please do not work here.

If I do not have to give them a star I would not. I have been reaching out to the for more than a year. no one answer phone or email. Not even if you have a direct person to contact they answer. Not even to say they are in receipt of your email. I would not recommend to anyone. as other have said too comfortable.
