I went in and grab some lunch to go. It's been a minute since I've been to an Arby's and I ordered a jamocha shake, sandwich, fries, and poppers. I tell you it was the prettiest and the tastiest jamocha shake I've ever had at any Arby's...it was made by Zendaria, her service was excellent with a smile the whole time as well as the manager ...this was my best experience at any Arby's hands down. Not to mention as soon as I finish giving Zendaria my order and she made my jamocha shake, I turn around to get a straw and Bam! my whole order was ready!!! I couldn't believe it was that fast! I was satisfied overall, and fantastic customer service from everyone!

While all other restaurants have opened their dining areas yours remains closed! Not sure of the issue but lunch time is limited and the long wait in the drive through just makes it easier going elsewhere!
