One of my best friends lives in these apartments and has had NOTHING but problems with management, them not fixing things. Not following the lease agreement. Barging into her apartment without even knocking. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Do not rent from this place if you can help it. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The management is absolutely horrible. They are extremely rude to everybody. The building is falling apart, there are cracks in the walls, ceiling, there is mold in the ceilings in a majority of the apartments and when asked to come and take a look at it they either don’t not come or they tell you to buy a dehumidifier for the place. And then they threaten to take away your deposit because they couldn’t come take care of the mold growing in the ceiling. They really do not care about there tenants in the building. They care about money and that’s it. They are horrible when it comes to snow removal as well so if it storms you better plan on calling into work because they take days to do anything. They shut the water off without any warning so be prepared for that. They have ridiculous rules about not having anything on your balcony. Overall the worst place in grand forks to live.

I like this place especially the area because it is quiet and the people who live there are so polite and nice. About the office, the workers are nice tho especially Tracy and Julie they helped me many times to solve any problem also answered all my questions.
