Common Sense

They have the audacity to make you wear glasses before you can get contacts despite you being the adult and are paying them and on top of that charge you over $150 for one little box of contacts. They are slow, unhelpful and you are treated more like a test subject than a person

These are the worst pair of glasses I have ever had. All the opticians would do is tell me to get used to them. UPDATE: I went to the office as a followup on 8/23/22. Everyone was ver nice and willing to help. Dr. Spooler re-examined my eyes and explained that due to my astigmatism the progressives on my lenses must be changed. They are cutting new lenses for me. I will update this review after I receive my new lenses.

So I am a single mother of 3 and on Medicaid as well as my son. I also work and go to college but money is tight and so they said they accepted Medicaid, our Medicaid said they provide us one pair of glasses and free exam once a year. So I made an appointment and at the end they say it’s $44 each for some photo of the back eye okay wasn’t made aware of that and money is tight so that really messed me up for the week because I thought the entire exam was covered by First Choice. Then they say oh we don’t provide glasses in this office we can’t yet. So we got eye exams then charged for a photo of the eye $88 and still no glasses. I feel they should explain there will be a charge and do you want to opt out of that photo. The doctor was great and nurse in the room. Just wish the money stuff would have been explained better
