Online billing never works ..the software they use is horrible ..lady on phone tried resetting everything 3 times it never worked ..I was all setup for automatic payments from earlier and they never were taking out money so now they charged me 2 late fees and said she can only take off one ..when I tried asking for payments by mail she said I have to login ..but she forgot that we just tried resetting my online login info and i can’t login!! It doesn’t work. This monopoly needs to get there act together..train employees better and have a better system. However I do like South Carolina freedoms now we just need to help them with there work ethic and infrastructure and they will be the best state

The homeowner is responsible for repairs if the leak is between your home and the meter box. In order to have the water shut off at the meter you will have to call BCWS emergency line and ask to have your meter turned off for repairs. The on call tech will be able to determine who's responsible for the repairs as well
