Good morning we are currently building a home at Del Webb in Nexton we are still waiting for the construction of the home to start it has been almost two months Pulte Homes is saying the delay has to due with permitting by Berkeley County

You can contact the permitting dept. directly to find out. If there is a delay of 2 months it would very likely be that there was an issue with what Pulte submitted or an issue with the actual property that would be through planning and zoning dept. All you need to do is give them the address of the property and they should be able to direct you properly.
