The yogurt is great. The bubble tea is not good. I have tried three different flavors and none of them were great. Two I couldn’t even drink. The tapioca pearls had a horrible consistency. Much better places for bubble tea in the area.

I come here every week and usually get the frozen yogurt but this time I decided to get the snowfluff and I can’t choose which one is better. 10/10. Staff is very friendly and the store is very clean, so are the bathrooms.

Hello I would give them a zero star if I could,went in today and my client and myself was trying to some yougurt , young African American girl,was very very nasty toward my Special needs client,she was rude and it's was a disgrace to this company being our first time there my client was very very very upset and so was i other customers actually seen her attitude towards us as well,I asked for manager number she gaver the store number and lied about the name of her manager I called the store several times after thinking I was speaking to manager,only to find out it was a young Caucasian girl as well both of them kept hanging up iny face,I am so very disappointed and upset something need to be done with the young kids running the store by themselves,she also would not givee her name when I asked
