Went in to return a package (FedEx) not knowing I couldn't A rep walked out of the isle, saw me standing there but went back to stocking. After about 5 more mins, I walked over to where she was and asked for help. She couldn't help me so she called for back up. I was then told I had to go a center not a drop-off/pick-up site. I asked where the closest one was. The older lady told me but I told her Thanks but I know nothing about this area and began to walk off. I guess it was funny bc the younger one laughed. Sadly, I still have to return these people equipment. Guess today was not my day

I will never set foot in this Walgreens again. Why would anyone expect to not be able to get their prescriptions filled at 730 when they close at 11? Now I’m left with an awful ear infection, in pain, and got cussed at and ran out of the store for being upset. UNPROFESSIONAL probably the worst experience at a pharmacy ever. No employee should ever “confront” a customer for having a negative opinion of their business.
