Very helpful over the phone! I expected the worse as is often the stereotype when working with government agencies. I was very pleasantly surprised and happy when Ben answered the phone with a positive attitude and was quick to help. I was able to pay my daughter's fine in less than 5 minutes and the receipt was emailed to me. Big thanks to Ben for such great customer service!

Literally every time i get a ticket and pay it online they mark it as me failing to show up to court when the ticket says appearance isn’t mandatory. they need to fix this because i keep getting papers telling me i could do jail time

No I'm afraid not... hurricane precautions, the duty officer desk is always open and there will always be people there, but no to the rest of the offices in the building
