Just attended the board meeting in Chesterfield. The general manager is so out of touch with reality. Claimed to have compassion for people but clearly displays none. “The people have been getting a great deal.” Is that truly the people’s fault? Your organization failed to do an increase over the past ten years but now you want to hit the loyal customers/consumers all at once. The GM says if you do the math it’s going to average out to only be a 3% increase per year that we failed to do an increase. You’re so out of touch and truly have no compassion for the citizens of our community.

Terrible had a water leak and called for an adjustment was asked to call back when my water bill came in I did just that to be told: they had a meeting yesterday and decided not to do adjustments anymore That's wrong could have stood behind what I was told or did the adjustments when I called the first time
