I had the pleasure of speaking to a lady named Tammy this morning. I had to reschedule an appointment due to some issues with my car. I’m laid off due to no fault of my own and will be returning to work soon but she had the nerve to ask me if I had been offered a job today how would I get to work? First of all you don’t know the situations people are going through and if I could control things in my day to day life to how I want it to go then fine, but you have no right to scrutinize me for something beyond my control. Then proceeds to tell me that I need to have reliable transportation to be on unemployment like lady who made God????

I can't get my claim done
Am I calling the right place for unemployment claims because I looked upUnemployment and it gave this sc works upstate EEOC
Hey Katie, I guess it depends on whom you ask at Sc works. I would advice the spartanburg branch or a different staff where ever you are too help.
