I have been 3 times w my little baby for grooming. The 1st time she came out hardly cut but brushed out great! Not what I asked for. So she had to go back and I had to wait. In the meantime Chad came out acting all bullyish like how dare tou have a problem. Wasnt even nice about it! The girl who I waa dealing with said Im handling it! Another words..back off! The 2nd time I went (which I was hesitant but theyre closest groomer as my girl gets car sick) I said I want an inch left and everything else cut off. Pretty much again...she was left w at least 2"! I didnt feel like having to wait nor make her go back! I dont know Why the help cant understand English? Or the groomer doesnt understand instructions! So I try a 3rd and last time Fri. She's there 7 hrs and still not touched!! Finally another hr later and we get called. I had my husb pick her up as I wasnt feeling good. I had stated she needed to be shave except face and tail and ears trimmed closer to her ears but not too short. Husb brings her back and her face was completely cut and her ears were shorter than short and her tail was somewhat long. He said they charged $43. I said what?! Last I knew I was paying $35! So I called this morning and customer is never right over there!! The girl had an answer for everything! I said I should have been told you went up! Oh we've been telling everyone for cple mos now! Oh really? I called a month ago! No one told me! Plus Ive used a card before and wasnt charged an extra $3 bc they have to run the card!? No where else does that!! So Im done! Ive run businesses and this isnt how its done! Customer is your payday!!! Customer is always right!! Thanks for offering a credit...NOT! And Chad...I do not need your negative comments back or trying to make things right!! After 3 visits and not one cut right...nothing you can say will fix it! Fix your attitude would be better time spent on yourself!!
