Please don’t ever consider coming here. We’ve had mold in our bathroom for a year now they have came taken pictures & never resolved anything. Was without a refrigerator for a year. They do not want to fix anything. And went up on the rent $200. These apartments are not worth $1350 a month.

Stay away. This place will lie to get the application fee of $250.00 and say that they do not go by credit report. Once you pay application fee then they will ask for all this extra paperwork as if you are purchasing a house. Once you finally jump though the hoops and turn in everything then they will come back and deny you because of credit and keep the $250.00 application fee. This place is a SCAM. Mind you the pool and fitness room looks as if it has not been open in a long while and the trash is overflowing as if it is never dump! My sister relocated from New York and this was the experience she had to deal with. Beware of this place!

I lived here once before and enjoyed the area and the amenities. I left in 2015 and returned in 2021. The experience this time is absolutely horrible. The gym has been closed for over 7 months and the pool has not been accessible all season. Maintenance requests are closed out without resolve. I have had to provide my own pest control. And I now have raw sewage backing up into my tub. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I am so ready to move.

If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.
If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back in your apartment or garage. Please do not call emergency maintenance. You must call a locksmith if you are locked out after normal business hours.
No grills are permitted within the community however we do offer designated grilling areas for your convenience and enjoyment!
Yes, there are cable companies that service this area. You can ask our leasing office for more deals from our local representative!
We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, prior to move-out. If you need to move out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days prior to the lease expiring to provide your written notice.
Yes, if someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate for parking. If someone is permanently moving in, they will need to fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.
You may call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message with the answering service. You may also submit work orders online if you are enrolled in our online services.
Yes, service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please contact the property manager as soon as possible in this situation. You will need to provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
We allow up to 2 pets in our community, both cats and dogs are welcome. For any number of pets, there is a non-refundable fee of $350 for the first pet and an additional $250 for the second pet. The monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. Our full pet policy can be viewed HERE.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
Rent is always due on the first; however, if you do not pay all rent on or before the 5th day of the month, you’ll pay a late charge of 5% of the rental payment or $15.00, whichever is greater.
The security deposit at Quail Hollow Apartments is $200 for a 1 bed/1 bath, $300 for a 2 bed/2 bath, and $400 for a 3 bed/2 bath apartment. There is a late fee is $100.
Residents are responsible for all utilities. For up-to-date utility information, please contact the office. Residents are responsible for additional items such as cable and internet services.
