I don’t recommend living here. I had many bad experiences, and management did not make me feel welcome. My apartment had multiple water leaks and mold issues that management did not acknowledge. My kitchen ceiling fell in twice because they would not properly fix bathroom pipe leaks. The roof also leaked onto my ceiling and it took over a month for them to address it so I could not use those rooms and ended up with black mold. My A/C unit did not work properly and in the summer my upstairs stayed hot, and I had to keep downstairs warm or the whole unit would stop working. They told me not to expect it to work because it’s old. My water heater also didn’t work properly so in the winter I had to boil water on my stove so my bath would be warm. I had outlets that blew circuits if I used them, and some didn’t work, and one was throwing sparks. I had no privacy because they walk through the apartment every few months — also not Covid safe. I could not make it feel like home and no pets allowed. Mid-lease, they sent out flyers changing charges and payment methods they allowed (charging you if you paid a certain way and charging extra for routine maintenance like repairs on blinds and sinks, which were old and sprouted leaks). I had things stolen off my porch and I did not feel safe. I had many other bad experiences, and repairs were either ignored or done improperly. I felt management was unprofessional with how they handled repairs and customer service in how they treat people.

The apartments were nice and the neighborhood was quiet however that is where it stops. The three bedroom layout is completely false one room is essentially a closet.Upon expressing this the only response was "I don't know what you want me to do no one else complained". Not to mention the office staff can be 50/50 on everything. They will say one thing and do something else. The two office ladies are weren't on the same page. The place is great but management needs to be changed.
