They were very quick to respond. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Lorrie explained every step. Mike H. took care of checking the moisture in the flooded area of the house. He ripped up my floors and proceeded to install fans to begin drying. Lorrie and Terry were back a few days later to check on the moisture levels. Mike H. came back the next day to remove the fans. Waiting on insurance to proceed with new floor installation. Definitely recommend!

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
