Sign on the door clearly stated they didn’t close until 9pm was at the door at 7:30 pm and the door was locked, employees sitting inside the store and didn’t even acknowledge we were at the door even though they clearly saw us there and wouldn’t answer us at all.

Attempted to shop here on 2 different sundays; both times the doors were locked.. No operation hours posted on door. Google says they are open 1p-6p on Sundays. Maybe it is a staffing issue, but appropriate signage on the doors would let customers know they were closed due to staffing.

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
