Amazing! AND HONEST! Had NO water and could not get any other companies to come in a timely fashion. Well doctor not only came out in timely fashion but got water back on in five minutes and was honest about what the very simple problem was, when they could have picked one of manys and said "oh this needs replaced." Thank your for your professionalism and honesty!! The two young men were polite and professional.

We had a hand pump installed on our already existing electric pump. Upon completion, I’ve never used it or checked to make sure it worked (I take responsibility for that) until about a month ago. I went to pump water our and not only did water not come out, but there is no pressure. It’s almost like it’s just sitting there, but not connected to anything. Had them come to check on it and they said there’s no pressure because the piping is not long enough. Ive tried calling to find out if they can remedy the situation or give me a refund, as it doesn’t work. No response from manager or owner, Jeff, in almost a month. Every time I call, they say they’ll have one of them call me back in about an hour, but no one has. Very disappointed! Unprofessional.
