All the people who work at Ken’s are simply the finest you will find in any business! Skilled, professional and extremely personable. What an incredible asset to the biking community in Winston-Salem!

Bought both our kids’ bikes here. Excellent customer service. Needed my bike serviced — another shop closer to home condescendingly said I’d need to schedule an appointment at least a month in advance, like making a dr appointment. Ken’s took the bike right away and had it fixed in a day. Highly recommend!

We always have great experiences at Ken'sBike Shop. They take the Time to talk with you even when they are slammed. We have bought bikes, had them serviced, asked questions about mechanical issues we fixed ourselves, and all the experiences were positive. This is why I recommend them to any level of biking enthusiasts!

They should have adult bike around $300. Don’t compare to department store bikes. Shop bikes are higher quality and come with expert assembly and many times free tuneups for a year. I have seen dept store bikes with handlebars and forks backwards, and non functioning brakes. Happy riding!
