We currently (8-3-2022) have no mobile home lot vacancies. We do not have any RV lots. On occasion a mobile home will come up for sale by a resident. You can drop by our office and fill out an information sheet that will give us your contact information should a home or lot become available. Thank You.

Any vacancies now and how much is rent and what is needed to get the keys ASAP?

There are several homes in the neighborhood that are for sale by owner. If you'd like to drive through the community one day, the homes have for sale signs with their contact information clearly displayed. If you should find a home you're interested in, stop by the office to fill out an application and wait until you've been told your application is approved before you purchase the home. There have been incidents of residents selling homes to individuals who are not eligible to live in the community (e. g. too many people, banned animal breeds, etc.). The community guidelines do not allow for residents to rent their homes.

Lake Ashley Park does not allow mobile home rentals or campers. They do allow dogs, but there are size and breed restrictions in place (including, but not limited to, pit bulls, German shepherds, and rottweilers).
