Donna was very sweet & took good care of me. She was having to go between me & another patient, but she never complained. She has the spirit of an angel!!! The rest of the staff was very friendly & helpful also. I will never go anywhere else for my dental care.

My first time visiting Aspen Dental was yesterday, June 13th. I'm ashamed to say, that I haven't seen a dentist in over 10 years and my teeth was in terrible condition. I lost ALL interest in dentist since my last encounter and I decided to let my teeth rot and I get dentures before I visit another dentist facility....ever. Let me tell you, I drove an hour, to be exact, to find this dentist office. The staff was great, the dentist was too kind and wonderful, even the financial part was out of this world. I thank GOD for allowing this location to cross my path, now, my mom is interested in attending as well. May GOD bless you all!!

Pray that you never have to deal with any insurance issue. last year September I was told my insurance was rejecting their filing. We found out the insurance had the wrong day for my birthday and we have since fixed it and were on the case immediately. I have contacted the manager to have her refile it since last year and she completely forgot about it. My husband and I constantly call to have them correctly file everything and they either miss file it again or don't even try. I have no idea what to do as I have paid them all my copay but the insurance filing is out of my hands. They never answer the phone and when I do the manager is somehow always busy and never calls me back. The wonderful front ladies always tell me she is very negligent about filing anything or getting back to patients. I guess my next step is to call someone higher up after attempting to visit in person and get this resolved. The front desk ladies are wonderful, the manger who is nice is extremely lazy. I understand they have a shortage right now but this has been going on before that happened and could have been fixed. I wasn't mad when I realized it was my own insurance who had the wrong info but we have situated that issue by giving Melissa instructions of what to do from insurance instructed and had the information corrected and yet nothing has yet to be done. I do not want some debt collector showing up for money that was covered by my insurance that they haven't filed for since September 2021. My services from this place were always great but please make sure all your insurance info is in order and they use the correct cards because if not be prepared to wait a year or more for them to fix it.

Ever been scared to go to the dentist? Well so was I until I went to see Dr Grigoryan (aka Dr G!) and his DA Tierra at Aspen Dental on Two Notch :) A while back at another dentist office, I had a 2 day root canal on same tooth with some dentists that didn’t know what they were doing so that didn’t end well. I’ve had another dentist from another place do such a terrible job on my fillings that they fell out!..etc so needless to say, I’ve avoided going to the dentist. But Dr G was happy and funny (which immediately put me at ease), social yet PROFESSIONAL, made me feel at home, I felt NO PAIN which is a first, and now I’m not afraid anymore. Tierra is a sweet, beautiful person with a sense of humor while being professional so they make a great team! The office staff were also friendly, helpful, and sweet people so I will definitely recommend them to family, friends, and anyone else who’s had a bad experience someplace else!! :)
