I've been going here for the last five years and since being a patient here, have changed dentists 3x's. The staff and new dentist is friendly. However, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. I typically always try to arrive on time and even early, but if I'm running a few minutes behind I try to let the staff know in advance. It seems arrival time doesn't matter because even though I was taken back shortly after I arrived, I waited about an hour before I was able to actually speak with the dentist. This happens frequently here. I overheard the dentist chatting with other patients for a while and even heard him discussing my medical information in the hall, but he didn't come to my room until about an hour later. When he did come in to discuss next steps, it was for about 5 minutes and then I was left to wait for about another 15 minutes. I hate to say this because I've put in a lot of time here, but I'm disappointed with my overall visits lately. I feel like more time is wasted waiting rather than actually receiving the proper treatment and education on what is happening. Going to the dentist can already be nerve wracking as it is. I would appreciate a more timely experience and not just an in and out touch base by the dentist. Considering what I'm paying for treatment, I would appreciate a better experience during visits.
