Stopped by near closing for a few quick questions. Abel, the associate, was very helpful. He was quite transparent with everything, trustworthy. I did not make my purchase...yet. But he really eased everything for us and made us comfortable to help get exactly what we want.

First I want to say the service parts manager, David, is amazing. His attention to detail and making sure things are right is phenomenal. Also the front desk service people are all good - Monty and Geon particularly stood out. I've had two appointments here for different things. The service on my first appt was good and I didn't have any complaints. However, the service I had the last time for a very simple procedure was the worst. I bought a cargo net from suburu and had the choice of installing it myself or having them install it. It was a pretty simple procedure and had two small dimples in the back to show you where to drill. I could see one fine, but was having a little trouble seeing the other. It would have been at most a ten minute job. I decided to let them do it and made an appointment. An hour after my appointment time of waiting, I told them I was just going to go home and do it myself. They assured me the tech had just taken it in to do the job. When I got it back, the tech had clearly not read the installation directions (would have taken 10 seconds) and did not put the holes where they were supposed to go. He left broken pieces of plastic in the area, and for some reason (not indicated in the paperwork) did something - I never found out what- under the hood and returned the car with the hood not closed (which I only found out after driving it down the freeway - could have caused a lot of damage and an accident!). Worst of all, he actually damaged my car - a long scrape on the passenger side, fortunately in the protective plastic area, but still! Couldn't believe how bad this experience was. Should have done it myself!
