my 1st new home. the team at David weekley homes are amazing. I felt like the only person they had to take care of for buying the home, updating progress and answering questions. they r such nice people. my hone is beautiful. they where meticulous which it's completion. meaning they wanted the hone to be perfect the day I closed and it was. the day I moved I there was a cooler, paper towels, tp food, snacks, garbage bags and water. very nice. johna and lori where the team members that helped me w my home. this space isn't long enough for me to say everything I would want to share about them. if ur looking for a hone go in meet them ull know what I'm taking about. no I sont work there.

Residents have access to the city services including police, fire department and community center/gym discounts. There is also a golf course operated by the city, which is approximately 6 miles from Carnes Crossroads.
There are no additional fees for trash pickup because the community is located in the city of Goose Creek.
Carnes Crossroads does have a Homeowner’s Association and the fees are $788 per year and includes a road maintenance fee.
Students living in Carnes Crossroads attend Cane Bay Elementary, Cane Bay Middle and Cane Bay High schools. A new school is anticipated to open in Fall 2021 for K-8 students.
Carnes Crossroads has medical offices, an assisted living facility and a daycare center in the community. In addition, Northwood Assembly Church, Northwood Academy Christian School and Berkeley Hospital – Roper St. Francis are nearby as well as restaurants, coffee shops, and other shopping in the vicinity.

Our floor plans are not for sale. We thoughtfully select the right floor plan for each homesite as every homesite has particular characteristics and soil conditions that require engineering and attention to detail, affecting the suitability of a floor plan to the site itself.
You may make minor changes to floor plans. No foundation, exterior (front facade of home) or plumbing changes are available due to engineering, inspectors, etc. We do offer several exterior options for each of our floor plans. Some of our floor plans also include a variety of Flex Options, which allows you to choose how you want the space to be used based on your lifestyle and needs.
The construction of our homes is measured in 10 stages. Timeframes for each home can vary, depending on many factors, including material availability, weather, inspections and permitting.
