Single mom living in the conplex and they don't respond or seem to care about anything called the emergency maintenance line due to a/c not working, ceiling falling apart and the room with the a/c unit flooding no answer or call back go to the office as soon as they open and show them pictures of everything an hour later still nobody has come by call up to the office and get told they know someone will be here before the afternoon so clearly a place flooding and falling apart isn't an emergency or of importance because they don't care enough to send anyone over to do anything. Would not recommend moving here especially with kids if this is how they treat their tenants

Worst place ever!!’ They tow your car even if the police told them that the tags didn’t expire, no one picks up the phone, very bad place to stay !’n they rob you , am out of the country I’ve been calling everyday and left messages no one is responding, my car is somewhere I don’t even know, and to make the matter worse my tags didn’t expire , I’ve driving my car almost a year with my tags on , now they said it was towed because of expired tags , I have all my receipts , they towed in the middle of the night , police told them tags are not expired they still towed it!!! Which kind of neighborhood that treats ther tenants like this !!! Now I have to pay 400$ to pick my car, but the police said to find a civil right lawyer for the issue, I’ve already contacted them and the matter is in their hands , thx you Officer Harris GOOSE CREEK POLICE DEPARTMENT!!

Dont know about availability you will have to call but in the 1 bedrooms yes w/d hookups are available. About the discounts its best to call them as well
You will be responsible for your electricity and a general $45 utilities charge that covers water and trash. AFAIK, none of the units are equipped with gas so the water heaters and stoves all run on electricity.
