I was a guest of a resident for two days and I did not get any sleep. The tenant above us constantly made noises all time of night. They did not have any regards for their neighbor down below. My sister n law the tenant, has said several times that she has made the front office aware and nothing has changed. As a guest of a Tenant I am in disbelief that this would be the issue and that I would have to now decide rather to spend the night at my sister n law's place or pay for a hotel. I hope the front staff would do a better job of enforcing their noise ordinance as they do their towing and loitering ordinances.
