Very dishonest business practice! Their lunch menu was 6.99 for chicken and 7.99 for beef. My husband ordered a beef and broccoli and I ordered a cashew chicken during lunch time but we were charged for 18.38 (the numbers did not add up 7.99+6.99=14.98 and with tax should be around $16.xx.) So when I went back to the cashier he said the prices went up and gave me a menu printed on flyer with price slightly higher (I uploaded the flyer photo) but the numbers still didn't add up. Very dishonest. I didn't argue with the cashier I just figured it's wasting my time I will never go back again. Ppl be aware. By the way, the food tasted very bland. Totally disappointed.

Oh I got time today asked for fried rice get home and have white rice after the fact I related my order for confirmation to the person that took it. Called the restaurant back to make them aware of the mistake and I was talked to rudely and had the phone hung up in my face. Then they had the audacity to call me back after rudely hung up on me when they screwed up my order. Knaw never again not even the point about the money you can keep that it’s the principle. Because if you’re rude like that after you make a mistake with my order it’s no telling what you might do to my food… Advice people stay clear and away.

GRRR, I have good luck when the owner/manager is working. Beware of the younger Hispanic man who does not listen, does not care and may not understand. I worked to verify a very simple order 3 times, only to drive home and it's wrong! Not worth going back, especially if you have any kind of food allergy.

So very disappointed in this place. I hardly ever write bad reviews but I am still in shock at what my order came out to be. My family had been going to this place for years. The food used to be hot, fresh, plentiful & surprisingly good quality. But now I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED? The spicy seafood noodles I ordered came with 2 small sad pieces of fried fish, 1 tiny shrimp (the size of a dime) and some small bits of "seafood", less than a handful total. I have always ordered this dish in the past and was always surprised on the amount of seafood was packed in. It used to look just like the picture on the menu with the exception of the noodle, you can't say that about many places. I completely understand businesses are having a hard time with covid but don't do this to your customers. I would have happily paid more to get the quality and actual seafood I used to get from this place. I feel ripped off for paying $10.99(+tax) for basically noodles. I am all about supporting small business and even more so during these times but I'm questioning about returning back due to the drop in quality and lack of honesty toward the customer. *If you are advertising a dish to look and have certain items, a customer should get what they pay for, or close to it.* As customers, we work hard for our money too, just like you, and I'm sure you would be disappointed if you choose to loyally spend your money somewhere and didn't get what you paid for. I can understand now why the many bad reviews lately, I truly hope this place can turn it back around to how it used to be.
