The Ladies running the front desk are wonderful and i found them charmingly personable. Parking lot and lobby are kept up nicely.👍 Property has an elevator.👍 There's room options that include a jacuzzi tub. 👍 Smart TV.👍 $0 deposit.👍(always call prior to booking. Conditions may apply and may change!) I stayed in 2 different rooms here. Housekeeping didnt really clean the 2nd room I moved to - maybe only changed out towels/bedsheets, trash cans and quick wipe at most. Howvere, I did clean the floor and bathroom.👎 (Who knows, it nay have just been "one if those days" so i didnt make it a big deal.) First night stay was reasonably priced, 2nd night in same room increased by almost $20. 3rd night stay based on price change and the 4th night was booked through a 3rd party booking service to remain within my budget.👎 Which leads to location. Without a vehicle theres not much within walking distance.👎 No Breakfast at this time.👎 Personally, I'd stay here again solely on how pleasantly i was treated by the gals at front desk.

Positive: the lady at the front desk was really nice.  Negative: the floor was all laminate and it was sticky. There were many visible dirty spots on the floor. the bathroom was disgusting we didn't even want to shower. The AC was so loud we did not sleep at all. I paid extra for breakfast and they do not even offer it

This was the most pleasant place I have stayed in a long time. I had an issue with my reservation through Agoda but Ms. Sheila took great care of me! The customer service is great and the rooms are exceptional but the staff is even better!! I will definitely be back!! Even if the place wasn't all that great, Ms. Sheila and her staff are and that is what made my stay perfect!!

Worst service ever. I was already booked for 3 days, the morning of the second day, they canceled my stay and had somebody reserve the room I was already in. To make things convenient for me, I asked if I could just move to a different room, while I was moving my things, they refunded my money and said the room they just moved me to has just been reserved. I kindly checked out and will never ever book them again. You ask the housekeeper for room service, they complain . I clean my own room, get my own towels and sheets, and throw my own trash away in the dumpster.
