If I could post a minus 5 stars, I would do so. I am a Federal Employee that was terminated due to lack of Funding for SBA. I have been contacting the Unemployment offices for my status since June 9, 2022, when I sent over all of my documents both by email and fax. I have yet to receive a response. I have attempted to call the Savannah Location on White Bluff, but their phones never get answered. After speaking to another representative in Atlanta, I found that the Savannah Branch is opened. On June 22, 2022, I went to this location and punched my social security into the system at 1:30 pm EST. I was told to have a seat. After 1 hour of waiting, I WAS THE ONLY ONE WAITING IN THE LOBBY, I went to the desk to inquire as to why this was taking so long. I was told that they were PROCESSING MY CLAIM. I would think if they were processing it, that they would need me for questions. A rep came out after 1 hour and 15 minutes, very nice lady, explaining to me that she was trying to get my information and I told her I understood but why did I wait so long. I would like a supervisor. The supervisor told me that they were REPROCESSING MY CLAIM, which after speaking to another rep today, June 24, 2022, is not true because I am now told my claim NEVER was moved forward. I am sending all of my documentation to the LABOR COMMISIONER today and I advise everyone else to do the same. If the Savannah location on White Bluff does not answer phone calls, and they do not even service walk ins, This location IS NOT SERVICING THE PUBLIC AND THERE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A NECCESITY FOR THIS LOCATION TO EVEN BE OPEN. Contact the Labor Commissioner and post your concerns.

I have called over 30 times in two days and it rings so long that the call just drops. Unacceptable service. If I could rate a negative star, I'd do it.

Absolutely Zero Heros. Supposedly waiting on military wages since I claimed in Aug 2021, it is now March 2022. I've been working since September then was unemployed again, but could never do weekly claims due to no wages added, causing my account to close.
