Yes. But have to buy in bulk at the plant.
Typically cook them in the oven at 325 degrees F for about 20 minutes per pound. the important thing is the internal temperature needs to reach 160 deg. F minimum. I usually put them in a roasting pan and wrap with aluminum foil and put a little water in the bottom of the pan which helps keep them from drying too much.
